Today, this article is written for a man who has seen a lot of poverty in his life and at the age of 21 he has cracked UPSC 2015 and become youngest (21) IAS officer. The story of Mr Ansar not only motivates the UPSC aspirants but also motivates the whole country’s youth.

 Family, upbringing and Mr Ansar

 He is resident of Shalgaon in Jalna district of Maharashtra. His father's name is Younus Shaikh Ahmed. There were 3 weddings of Mr Ansar's father and Mr Ansar's mother was his second wife. His father used to run an auto-rickshaw and mother used to work in the field. His family belongs to the poverty line. You will be surprised to know that he is the only graduate in his family and relatives. When he was in class 4, his relatives advised his father not to educate him further and put him for any work because in our society no one gets a government job. Due to relatives advise, his father decided to quit his studies, but his teacher told his father that your son is very smart in the study, do not stop him from studying. If you will invest in his study today, one day he will change the fate of your whole family. His father accepted the advice of the teacher. His 2 year younger brother left his studies in class 6 for Mr Ansar's studies so that Mr Ansar could carry his study and the brother got a job in his uncle's garage.

     Education and Mr Ansar

He was a very bright student from the beginning. His early education took place in the Marathi medium in the district council school. He got 91% marks in class X. When he was in class 10th he wanted to do a computer course but he did not have the money so he did a waiter job in a hotel, where he would get 3,000 rupees in a month. Where he had to work from 8 am to 11 pm. He used to work on cleaning the table and cleaning the floor. He used to get  2 hours a day on which he used to go for lunch and study for the computer course.

In the 12th standard, he got 100 out of 100 in Sanskrit. He did graduation from Fergusson College, Pune with political science. There he faced discrimination due to being a Muslim. He did not find a house for rent in many places in Pune. In the end, he rented a house named Shivam, which was the name of one of his friends. At the time of graduation, he made up his mind for admission in Unique academy to prepare for the UPSC examination. When he went there, he realized that the fees are 70,000 rupees. Because of the poor condition of his family, he could not spend so much money. He told his family condition and got a 50% discount on admission.

UPSC book

He used to study 13 hours a day because he knew that he could not get a second chance. He selected for an IAS in the UPSC 2015 examination. He obtained 199 marks out of 275 interviews in the interview. He has been allotted West Bengal Cadre.
He explains that he was inspired by his teacher to become an IAS officer when he was studying in class 10th, then a teacher was selected for the Maharashtra Public Service Commission. To prepare UPSC, his father sold his house. He explains that behind his success his parents and his younger brother have a huge motivation; if they do not motivate me I probably will not be able to become an IAS.

"My teacher was selected in the Maharashtra State Public Service Commission, I was in Class X and this motivated me very much to become an IAS officer. Later I met him too; he also gave me advice for Maharashtra State Public Service Commission examination. This has inspired me to become an officer. I decided to become an officer. An interesting question asked in the IAS interview-

                        "In an interview, a retired IAS officer of a board asked a question from me whether you are Shia or Sunni, I replied ‘I am an Indian Muslim. Board was impressed with my reply."
