14 अप्रैल को सुबह 10 बजे मा0 प्रधानमंत्री जी ने 3 मई तक के लिए Lockdown को बढ़ा दिया है. उन्होंने कोरोना के कारण ऐसा किया है ताकि इसको community spread में जाने से रोका जा सके. यह lockdown सभी राज्यों के परामर्श से लिया गया है. सभी राज्य lockdown की अवधि बढ़ाने के पक्ष में थे. कुछ राज्यों ने तो पहले ही lockdown को पहले ही ज्यादा समय के लिए बढ़ा दिया है. यह lockdown की बृध्दि दूसरी बार है.

इससे पहले 24 मार्च 2020 को, भारत के माननीय प्रधान मंत्री ने COVID-19 के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए 21 दिनों के लिए देशव्यापी बंद की घोषणा की थी। इस अवधि के दौरान आवश्यक सेवाओं को जारी रखने के लिए कई राज्य सरकारों ने 'कर्फ्यू पास' या इ-पास जारी करने के लिए तंत्र विकसित किया है। ताकि आवश्यक सेवाओं की कमी न रहे.

कर्फ्यू पास या इ-पास के लिए आवेदन करते समय किन-2 बातों का ध्यान रखें

कृपया पास के लिए तभी आवेदन करें, जब वह 'राज्य सरकार द्वारा आवश्यक' के रूप में वर्गीकृत वस्तुओं और सेवाओं की श्रेणी में आता है।
कर्फ्यू पास या इ-पास के लिए आवेदन करना उसके अनुमति प्राप्त होने की गारंटी नहीं देता है.
स्थानीय प्रशासन का अनुमति देने में अंतिम निर्णय होता है यानि कहने का तात्पर्य है कि कौन से आवेदन स्वीकार किए जा सकते हैं और कौन से नहीं यह सब प्रशासन पर निर्भर करेगा.

E-Pass के लिए कौन आवेदन कर सकता है?

जरूरी सेवाओं से जुड़े लोग ही ई-पास आवेदन करने के लिए online Application Form भर सकते हैं। इसके बाद उस जिले के सम्बंधित पुलिस अधिकारी द्वारा varification होती है। Verification सफल होने के बाद ही ई-पास की अनुमति प्राप्त होती है।

कई राज्य सरकारें कर्फ्यू पास या इ-पास जारी कर रही हैं जो पहचान पत्र के रूप में काम करेंगे। इससे आवश्यक सेवा प्रदाताओं के लिए नेविगेशन आसान हो है. यह आवश्यक भी है कि सरकार आवश्यक सेवाओं के लिए हर संभव प्रबंध करे. नीचे तालिका मैं आप कर्फ्यू पास या इ-पास हर राज्य से कैसे प्राप्त कर सकते है, राज्यों की कौन सी वेबसाइट है, दिया गया है:-
